The Family Assistance Service (SAF) of the National Police Corps in Arrecife has arrested and brought to the Family Court, as alleged perpetrators of a crime of mistreatment in the family environment, Juan Carlos F.L., native of Arrecife, 39 years old; and Phanor Wilmar B.L., native of Colombia and 30 years old.
