National Police agents in Arrecife arrested G.D.M.H. and A.G.C., men aged 32 and 35, with numerous police records, as alleged perpetrators of attempted homicide in a bar in the capital. One of them broke a glass bottle and repeatedly stabbed it into the victim's abdomen, who had to be admitted and urgently operated on in the hospital.
The events unfolded when several agents carrying out prevention work in the vicinity of Charco de San Ginés were requested by a group of people, as a brawl had occurred in a nearby bar.
The agents found a man lying on the ground and bleeding profusely, so they immediately requested an ambulance that assisted and transferred him to the hospital where, due to the severity of the injuries, he had to be operated on urgently.
With the physical characteristics provided by the witnesses who were at the scene, the agents identified the alleged perpetrators of the attack, who were arrested in Arrecife a few hours later.
After the corresponding police report was prepared, the detainees were placed at the disposal of the competent Judicial Authority, who ordered the imprisonment of both.
