The Cabildo of Lanzarote, through the agreement between the Official College of Psychology of Las Palmas and the Consortium of Security and Emergencies of Lanzarote, has offered psychological care to those affected by the tragic fatal accident that occurred on Monday afternoon in Playa Blanca, which resulted in the death of a baby and six injured of various considerations.

The president of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, Oswaldo Betancort, has conveyed his condolences to the family of the baby who died in this event and offers his hand "to everything that the Cabildo can collaborate with in the face of this terrible event."

The Consortium of Security and Emergencies of Lanzarote worked closely with the health services, Local Police and Civil Guard to care for the other five injured in the accident. "The southern contingent was activated immediately and the firefighters arrived as soon as possible to the scene," explains the president of the Consortium of Security and Emergencies, Francisco Aparicio.

The councilors of the Cabildo, Marci Acuña and Samuel Martín, moved on Monday afternoon to Playa Blanca to learn firsthand the scope of the dramatic accident and also convey the collaboration of the Island Corporation in everything necessary.
