The firefighters of the Security and Emergency Consortium of Lanzarote were activated in the early hours of this Saturday to act on a fire warning in a cafeteria on Avenida Eugenio Rijo Rocha in Arrecife.
At 00.20 in the morning, firefighters and the National Police moved to the place. It was observed that smoke was coming out. When they arrived at the area, they were able to verify that it was anti-theft smoke that had been activated by the security alarm.
After registering the premises, they ventilated the space and when the cafeteria was cleared, the service was terminated.
