A 14-year-old boy was seriously injured after being hit by a car this Saturday at the exit of Arrecife to San Bartolomé.
The accident occurred at 19:38 hours when the CECOES was alerted. Local Police officers and a medicalized ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service went to the scene.
The health personnel assessed and assisted the injured young man, who presented various serious injuries, and, once stabilized, transferred him to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital.
The Local Police instructed the corresponding procedures.
