A Ryanair flight bound for Birmingham suffered this Thursday, June 25, a delay of almost two hours due to an incident involving a passenger before takeoff.
According to the testimony of a passenger traveling in the first seat of the aircraft, the woman had to be evacuated from the plane after she was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol, which forced the departure of flight FR1449 to be interrupted.
The witness recounts that, once off the plane, the passenger was transferred to a bus parked next to the aircraft, where she apparently lost consciousness for a few moments, being attended to while the intervention was taking place.
Civil Guard agents attended the scene, participating in the management of the incident before authorizing the flight to continue normally.

As a consequence of this action, the plane finally took off around 8:40 p.m., accumulating approximately two hours of delay on the scheduled time.
This type of action "is not the first time it has happened" on flights originating or destined for tourist areas, where incidents involving passengers under the influence of alcohol sometimes force flights to be delayed or even diverted for safety reasons.
The images provided by the witness show the moment when the passenger, dressed in white, is already outside the plane while services were acting next to the aircraft.
