The Judge of the Court of Violence against Women number two of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has decided to release on bail José Miguel Suárez Gil, in provisional prison since January 6 of this year.
The accused must wear a GPRS telematic detection device.
He is charged with the crime of serious threats and coercion against his wife, the criminal lawyer, Josefina Navarrete. In addition, his passport has been withdrawn, with the prohibition of leaving the Island, possession of weapons and the possibility of obtaining it.
He must appear before the court on the first and 15th of each month.
