The Lanzarote Security and Emergency Consortium intervened early this Wednesday morning in the municipality of Tinajo. After receiving a notice from the Local Police of the municipality that the rain had flooded the LZ67, as it passes through the town of Mancha Blanca, they moved to the place.

Upon arrival, we proceeded to set up an electric pump to pump out the water accumulated on the road. Once the road was considered safe for traffic, they collected the relevant data and informed the Emergency Coordination Center about the completion of their work.

The Local Police of Tinajo were also at the scene, who were in charge of closing the road to guarantee the safety of pedestrians and vehicles.
