The Investigating Court number 3 of Arrecife, acting as duty court, agreed to the provisional imprisonment of the detainee for stabbing his partner in Arrecife as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of attempted homicide, murder or injury.
As La Voz already reported, the events took place in the early hours of last Friday in the Argana Alta neighborhood and, as a result of the attack, the woman suffered multiple injuries, having to be transferred to the Molina Orosa Hospital.
As confirmed by the Superior Court of Justice of the Canary Islands (TSJC), the proceedings have now been referred to the Investigating Court number 1 of Arrecife, which has jurisdiction over violence against women.
