A 23-year-old motorcyclist was moderately injured this Sunday after suffering a fall in Puerto del Carmen, according to CECOES.
The accident took place at around 5 p.m. on Avenida de las Playas in the tourist town. Two people were traveling on the motorcycle, but only one of them needed medical assistance.
Once the Emergency Coordination Center was alerted, a medical ambulance and other basic life support ambulances from the Canary Emergency Service and the Local Police were dispatched.
The medical personnel assisted the young man, who at the initial moment of assistance presented moderate injuries, after being stabilized he was transferred in a medical ambulance to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital.
For its part, the Local Police was in charge of instructing the proceedings.
