Civil Guard agents arrested a man on March 28 in Playa Blanca who had a court order for breach of sentence related to domestic abuse. According to the press office of the Benemérita, "the GIR agents detected a person walking around 02:40 hours on one of the streets of said town who turned out to be a known criminal".
As the agents became aware that he was wanted by a court order for breach or violation of a sentence related to domestic abuse, they proceeded to arrest him. He was subsequently transferred to the Civil Guard Post of Yaiza to carry out the appropriate procedures.
Finally, the detainee was transferred to the Arrecife Duty Court
