The complainant ended his relationship with the woman in June 2023 after she reported him for mistreatment, a fact that was finally dismissed according to what he has stated in the complaint to which La Voz has had access. Since then, the complainant has had problems with her in his work, home or anywhere he is. According to the man, "she intimidates him, assaults him, takes his belongings and blocks his mobile contacts."
In addition, as the ex-girlfriend has a copy of the keys to the man's house, she entered one of the days while he was sleeping and "woke him up with blows." "She pounced on him" causing him injuries to his neck and right arm. After these events, the citizen went to the emergency room to treat his injuries.
According to him, "the woman enters his home whenever she wants and takes out his personal belongings, such as clothes or his NIE," he clarifies. "What she wants is for me to marry her and for us to record porn videos, something I don't want," the complainant assures.
