Four Colombian citizens have been arrested as alleged perpetrators of a robbery, committed in a well-known supermarket in Playa Blanca. According to police sources, the detainees, identified as José Ricardo M. G., 34 years old, José Julián V. H., 32, Farol Liceth R. and Carolina O. G., would have stolen about 6,900 euros from the establishment's safe.
The events occurred when, after the complaint was filed with the Local Police of Yaiza, and after the pertinent steps were taken, the officers of this security body reported that the vehicle where the suspects could be traveling was heading towards Tías. In this way, the Local Police of this municipality installed a special surveillance operation in all possible accesses to the town.
In one of these surveillance posts, the suspects were identified and, subsequently, placed at the disposal of the court, together with the recovered money.
