The Emergency Coordination Center (CECOES) has reported that a 72-year-old woman needed the help of firefighters from the Security and Emergency Consortium to descend from the stairs of a roof in Puerto del Carmen.
The events occurred at noon this Wednesday when firefighters approached the house, located on Betanguaire Street, to bring this woman down from the top of the house by a "too narrow" staircase.
The staff managed to evacuate the woman, who was transferred by ambulance to the General Hospital.
