Firefighters had to rescue a 24-year-old woman who had fallen in the Quíquere Ravine, in Puerto del Carmen, on Sunday afternoon.
According to the Security and Emergency Consortium, the incident occurred around 4:27 p.m. Upon arrival, the firefighters verified that the woman had suffered dizziness when trying to get up, which had caused her to fall and subsequently hit her head.
The firefighters placed the injured woman on a stretcher and took her to a basic life support ambulance, to be later transferred to the Tías Health Center.
