The firefighters of the Security and Emergency Consortium had to intervene on Tuesday afternoon due to a fall of rubble from a house on Malacabado street, in the Arrecife neighborhood of Valterra.
It was a neighbor who, around 8:00 p.m., alerted the firefighters when rubble was falling from the house onto the street, where children were playing. After that, the firefighters went to the place and, with the help of the aerial ladder, removed some loose rubble.
Due to the state of the house and several cracks it had in the walls, the firefighters notified the Local Police, so that they would be aware of its condition. According to the Emergency Consortium, the police force stated that they would go to the place to make the corresponding report for the City Council. Thus, after finishing their work, the firefighters left the area next to the house marked off.
