Firefighters have extinguished the fire of an excavator in disuse at about 12.10 hours this Sunday in Trillo street in Argana Alta, in Arrecife, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.
At first, the CECOES informed the troops of the presence of smoke in a bus parked on a dirt track near the cemetery of Arrecife. The Local Police guided the firefighters to the place.
However, when they arrived in the area they found that the fire was actually affecting an excavator in disuse that was next to a vehicle scrap yard.
In order to extinguish the flames, firefighters used 900 liters of water. National Police officers also moved to the scene.
