Firefighters from the Security and Emergency Consortium of Lanzarote extinguished this Thursday the fire inside an abandoned construction site in Playa Blanca.
Firefighters from the Central Park went to Noruega Street in the tourist town of Yaiza at 2:20 p.m.
Alerted by the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security (CECOES), they arrived at the scene and found that it was a conato originated in an abandoned construction site, which was affecting garbage and belongings.
After extinguishing the flames, they collected the necessary data. Agents of the Civil Guard and the Local Police were also at the scene.
