The Neumáticos Machín warehouse in the Tenorio neighborhood of Arrecife suffered a fire on Sunday morning. The fire took place around 05.48 hours when the Lanzarote Emergency Consortium was notified. Firefighters have moved there and entered the premises and located the focus of the fire in the electrical panel.
According to the Lanzarote Emergency Consortium, "the fire has flooded the warehouse with smoke and toxic gases, so we proceeded to disconnect the power and extinguish it." Subsequently, the firefighters took 12 vehicles affected by the smoke outside.
