Firefighters extinguished a container fire in San Bartolomé this Wednesday. The fire originated on Pleamar street in Playa Honda, according to the Security and Emergency Consortium.
Emergency personnel went to the scene after a call from the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security (CECOES), alerting about the fire. The container was not damaged and the flames were extinguished with sprayed water.
In addition, the Local Police also went to the area, who proceeded to empty the container, leaving the garbage on the ground, according to the Emergency Consortium.
