The Local Police have initiated proceedings to impose a minor infraction on the owner of three dogs for having left them in the open trunk of the car and gone shopping at the Open Mall, as La Voz has learned.
The events occurred around 12:00 PM this Sunday, August 30, when the man parked in the old Hiperdino parking lot in Valterra, just behind the shopping center.
Two Local Police officers went to the scene and stayed with the vehicle. Just as they were about to ask the shopping center to announce it over the loudspeaker, the dogs' owner appeared.
The police officers have initiated proceedings to impose a minor infraction, warning him that if future misconduct with the dogs were recorded, it could be classified as serious or very serious.
