Upon being discovered, the individual violently assaulted the victim, whom he struck with a wooden plank on the head and subsequently caused a stab wound.
Far from abandoning the place after the aggression, the alleged perpetrator intentionally set fire to the dwelling before fleeing, and due to the large amount of belongings and waste accumulated inside, the fire spread with extreme speed and violence.
The dangerousness of the situation was maximum, since the property, of difficult access and partially boarded up, impeded a normal evacuation.
Two people who were staying inside were trapped and could not get out on their own, being finally rescued by members of the Security and Emergency Consortium, with the support of ladders.
