A woman has been injured in a front-to-side collision between two vehicles on the road leading into Playa Blanca, according to the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center.
The accident occurred around 1:30 PM this Tuesday, October 14th, when CECOES was alerted. Local Police, Civil Guard agents, firefighters, and two ambulances, one medicalized and one with basic life support, from the Canary Islands Emergency Service, were dispatched to the scene.
The healthcare personnel have attended to two people on site, a man and a woman. The man has refused to be evacuated to the Hospital while the woman has been transferred by ambulance to the Molina Orosa Hospital.
Police officers have been responsible for regulating traffic and drawing up the corresponding report.
