A woman has been injured after her vehicle overturned at the exit of Arrecife, heading south of the island. Apparently, the affected person tried to overtake another car and lost control of her car.
The incident occurred around 2:45 p.m. The emergency coordinating center of the Government of the Canary Islands, cecoes, 112, received an alert reporting that a car had overturned on this road, just outside of Arrecife.
The Canary Islands Emergency Service has moved to the scene, with two basic life support ambulances and another advanced one, as well as officers from the Arrecife Local Police.
The woman, who is around 30 years old, is slightly injured, according to SUC personnel, despite the seriousness of the accident.
