A vehicle crashed into a light pole in Arrecife this Wednesday. The events took place on Leopoldo van Buch street around 11:15 p.m., when the troops were alerted by the Local Police.
Once at the scene, the firefighters verified that the vehicle involved was stuck in the pole that was broken and about to fall. The troops first released the vehicle using the winch of one of their units and then proceeded to act on the broken wooden light pole. They cut it and removed it to guarantee the safety of the area.
Local Police officers also went to the scene and collaborated in the operations and carried out the corresponding report.
