A car has caught fire this Thursday on the road from Playa Blanca, at the entrance roundabout to the town. Its driver has managed to quickly leave the vehicle before it burst into flames.
It was when she noticed smoke coming from the front of the car that she stopped the vehicle and abandoned it. Quickly, the smoke turned into flames. For this reason, they immediately alerted the emergency services through 112, which received the alert at 4:17 p.m.
The people who were there tried to put out the fire with extinguishers, but it was impossible. Thus, the intervention of the firefighters was necessary, who upon arrival managed to extinguish the flames. The car was completely burned.
