A van overturned on Tuesday morning on the LZ-67 near Timanfaya, according to the Emergency Consortium. The four occupants of the crashed vehicle, a man and a woman and their two daughters, ages 9 and 6, left on their own means.
Agents of the Civil Guard, an ambulance of the Canary Emergency Service and the Emergency Consortium went to the scene of the accident.
The firefighters placed a splint on the 9-year-old girl's hand as a precaution until the ambulance arrived. The health personnel assessed the injured and transferred the mother and the girls to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital.
The Civil Guard was in charge of regulating traffic and carrying out the corresponding report.
Finally, the firefighters placed the vehicle and cleaned the road.
