The firefighters of the Security and Emergency Consortium had to intervene this Monday on the maritime avenue of Playa Honda, next to the parking lots of Playa de Guacimeta, due to a kitesurfing kite that flew away and ended up hooked on a lamppost.
After being alerted by the Local Police around 1:07 p.m., the firefighters went to the area, where agents of the police force were already present.
Once there, they deployed the aerial ladder and took care of unhooking the kite, handing it over to its owner, who was at the scene.
