A cyclist suffered a moderate head injury last night after suffering a fall while riding along Avenida de Las Palmas, in the Lanzarote municipality of Tías, according to 112.
The accident took place around midnight and the person affected was assisted at the scene by personnel from a medicalized ambulance of the Canary Islands Emergency Service.
Later, he was transferred in a basic life support ambulance to the public hospital of Lanzarote, Doctor José Molina Orosa.
The Local Police instructed the corresponding procedures.
