The Firefighters of the Consortium of Security and Emergencies of Lanzarote extinguished the fire of a container on Juan Negrín street in Arrecife. The events took place around 01.20 hours in the morning, when the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security alerted the firefighters of the container fire in the public road.
In Juan Negrín street in Arrecife, the agents of the Local Police of the municipality had already appeared, who closed the street while waiting for the firefighters to extinguish the flames.
Thus, the firefighters proceeded to extinguish the fire of a container of organic waste, which was completely burned. Then, they assessed the rest of the containers that were in the place to ensure that the fire did not reactivate and affect them.
