A 50-year-old woman has been slightly injured after being hit by a car on Vía Medular, in Arrecife, according to the Coordinating Center for Security and Emergencies (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The emergency services received the alert at around 7:00 p.m. this Monday, at which time members of the Local Police and a basic life support ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) moved to the aforementioned location.
The medical personnel assisted the affected woman and later transferred her to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital. The victim presented with minor multiple contusions and trauma to the head and an upper limb.
