A 25-year-old man was injured after his vehicle overturned in Famara on Sunday morning.
According to the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security (CECOES), the incident occurred around 08:22 on the LZ-402. The Civil Guard and a basic life support ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) went to the scene.
The only person affected suffered mild cervicalgia after the accident, and was transferred in the ambulance to the Molina Orosa Hospital.
The firefighters did not act in the accident, but they did have to go at 21:31, since the overturned vehicle was still in the place and with the lights on. The Security and Emergency Consortium officers proceeded to open the hood and disconnected the vehicle's battery, and also cleaned the remains of the car that came off in the accident.
