National Police agents have arrested a 14-year-old minor in Arrecife, as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of robbery with violence and intimidation.
The events were triggered by the complaint of a father of a minor, reporting that while his son was with some friends on a bicycle, a boy kicked one of the wheels, causing him to fall, taking advantage of this to steal his backpack and bicycle, which was later recovered by a relative.
The police officers then initiated a police investigation, being able to locate the alleged perpetrator of the events with the physical characteristics provided, who was finally arrested for a crime of robbery with violence and intimidation.
As it is a minor of 14 years of age, the agents informed the Minors Section of the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Las Palmas of the facts, who ordered the minor to be handed over to his legal guardians. After the corresponding police report was prepared, it was sent to the competent Judicial Authority.
