The Yaiza City Council is considering bringing the American artist of Puerto Rican descent Elvis Crespo to the Playa Blanca carnivals that will be held next Saturday, March 14.
The one considered as the King of Merengue is the author of hits like Suavemente, Píntame or Tu sonrisa, songs that half the world dances to at street parties and festivals.
On topics like the previous ones, the singer accumulates more than 200 million views on each of his videos on YouTube and has 9.3 million monthly listeners on the platform Spotify.
Besides, Elvis Crespo has won several awards within the music industry such as several Grammy or Billboard awards, to which he has also been nominated on different occasions.
