The Arrecife City Council has started in these first days of November the conditioning of the land in front of Ginory, next to the Charco de San Ginés, to host the stages of the next Christmas.
Yonathan de León has reported that the fence that has been installed in the perimeter of the plot is to "allow the operators of the Department of Public Works, of which he is also the owner, to execute the leveling and conditioning of all the land where the Christmas Fair will be installed."
Yonathan de León stressed that in this 2023 the capital of Lanzarote commemorates the 225th anniversary of the founding of the Parish of San Ginés, and the origin of the creation of the municipality of Arrecife.
The Municipal Government group, with the coordination of several Councilors, have planned the programming of the Christmas holidays. This year will be more special for the capital of Lanzarote as it commemorates the 225th anniversary of its founding as a municipality.
The Arrecife City Council, with the collaboration of the Island Council, will install in this neuralgic area of the city, and in the vicinity where Arrecife was born as a port, city and capital, the Christmas Fair.
