With a lot of participation and animation, the residents of Teguise enjoyed the traditional Playback last Saturday, framed within the festivities in honor of Nuestra Señora del Carmen.
Sunday night was dedicated to the elderly with a show of music and humor held at the Teguise Society with the participation of the Playback de Mayores Mixturas de Teguise, formed by very cheerful and committed women, where some of them have been participating for 30 years.
On this occasion, it also featured a daring gentleman who, infected by them, was encouraged to participate, while the public, which filled the capacity of the social hall, enjoyed the entire show. Directed by Doris Duque and presented by Fátima Hernández, the participants performed the most popular songs of their favorite songs such as Rocío Durcal, Chenoa, Pimpinela, Rocío Jurado or Miliki and Fofito, among others, ending with a unitary song by the singer Georgie Dann La Barbacoa, highly applauded by all those present.
The second part of the night featured the comedians "Panchita y Servando" with their show "Volando Voy". A current, fresh and cheerful content that made the public enjoy their parodies, and for a few minutes, forget about these times where everything is bad news.
