The Haría City Council has opened registrations for the float contest of the Pilgrimage of San Juan Bautista 2024. The municipal corporation will reward creativity with 350 euros for the winner and 150 euros for the runner-up on June 3, 2024.
The City Council keeps the deadline open for the Float Contest as part of the festivities of the Pilgrimage of San Juan Bautista 2024, until Friday, June 14, at 1:00 p.m. This celebration, rooted in the traditions and culture of our land, invites all residents to participate and show their creativity through the floats.
This year's theme will revolve around Canarian uses, customs and traditions, thus reflecting the cultural richness of our people. The city council will award prizes, with 350 euros for first place and 150 euros for second place, in recognition of the effort and dedication of the participants, as reported by the City Council.
