An unexpected kidney stone forced Ismael Serrano to cancel his concert in Lanzarote last March. Now, perfectly recovered, the singer will settle his debt with the island with a new stop this Friday, November 17, at 9:00 p.m., at the El Salinero Theater.
The author of 'La Memoria de los Peces' will present his album 'La llamada'. In an intimate and personal format, accompanied only by his voice and guitar, the musician will sing his new songs and review his all-time hits; songs with popular airs that invite social struggle from hope; friendly themes that go through his youth, through stories and poetry.
'La llamada' refers to the traditional calls of the Uruguayan carnival and is Serrano's own call: "enough of lamenting, it's time to look up, we are alive and rebellious".
In addition to the songs from 'La llamada', Serrano will review the best of his songbook, a repertoire that has led him to become one of the leading singer-songwriters on the Spanish music scene of the 21st century.
