The commercial area of the center of Arrecife hosts from this Saturday, October 17, a large-format photography exhibition which, with the title 'Looking at Arrecife', reflects the peculiarities, characters, history and culture of the capital of Lanzarote.

The exhibition has been organized by the Tourism and Commerce Departments of the Arrecife City Council, supervised by Armando Santana, with the collaboration of the KDD Lanzarote group of photographers and independent professionals.

Until the 31st, residents, tourists and visitors will be able to enjoy these snapshots during their walks and shopping in the center of Arrecife, specifically along Calle Real and La Plazuela. Each author of the 14 participants shows two of their works "in visible and attractive supports".

Minutes before its inauguration, Armando Santana held a meeting with the graphic artists "to learn about the current situation of the sector and open communication channels to promote future projects for the benefit of the tourist image of the city and its culture." For the councilor, "Looking at Arrecife is a tour of the most outstanding aspects of the capital of the island and will also be a great attraction for tourists and visitors who travel to the island those days looking for rest or vacations in a safe tourist destination that loves art and culture in any of its expressions".
