Chiara Rossi, a 27-year-old Italian woman based in Lanzarote, has passed the blind auditions on the Antena 3 program La Voz, which aired this Friday. She took the stage to sing Prince's song 'Purple Rain' and managed to get singer Antonio Orozco to turn around and choose her as part of his team.

As she explained on the show, since the unexpected death of her father four years ago, she feels the need to sing with more force. The last song with which she moved her father was 'Purple Rain' and it is the one she has chosen to pay tribute to him.

Another resident of Lanzarote, Aaron Paul, also participated in the auditions. Despite a solid performance, he failed to get the coaches to turn around.
