The officials of the Administration of Justice of Lanzarote have supported the stoppages of the strike called at the national level. This Thursday, about twenty workers have gathered in front of the judicial headquarters of Arrecife. Dressed in black and with posters in which you could read among other demands: "For an Organic Law of Organizational Efficiency (LOEO) without traps, fair remunerations".
"We have been a silenced group, but now we recover our voice because we are 90% of the administration and without us there is no Justice," workers declared to the media during the concentration.
In this sense, they not only emphasized a "fair remuneration, but also the assessment of a professional career, the delimitation of functions, the negotiation of the so-called Organic Law of Organizational Efficiency, which only aims at economic savings at the expense of our effort and whose consequence will be a worse response to the conflicts of citizens," they added.
In this line, they stressed that the Ministry of Justice "is going to listen to them."
