Justice has released the alleged perpetrator of mistreating his nine-month-old dog on a farm in San Bartolomé, as La Voz has learned.
Despite being released, the man will have the obligation to appear before Justice whenever required.
The alleged perpetrator was arrested last Monday, August 24, by the Civil Guard after ADEMAL reported these events to Seprona along with a video recorded by witnesses in the area, which is why the animal was seized.
These two people were able to record how the man threw the animal against the back of a truck and tied it with an extremely short chain while violently beating it, even on the head, while it cried.
