Arrecife has definitively approved, in the Governing Board held this week, the lists of allocation of places and reservations for the Municipal Children's School, located in the San Francisco Javier neighborhood, for the 2023-2024 academic year.

The mayor has emphasized that with this agreement of the Governing Board "the way is cleared for families who access these places to know in advance the availability in the Municipal Children's School of Arrecife and organize family reconciliation during the next academic year".

The Councilor for Culture and Education, Abigaíl González, details that with this agreement "fifty places are allocated for the First Cycle of Early Childhood Education from 0 to 3 years, of which eight will be for those born in 2023, 31 for those of 2022 and eleven for students born in 2021".

Also, five of those fifty places will be awarded from the Social Services Area of the capital's City Council: three would correspond to those born in 2023, one for those of 2022 and one for those of 2021.

“It is vital that we have managed to speed up the process and have the final award before the end of July. We are aware that we must meet the deadlines because only in this way can we respond to the needs of families and that they can organize themselves for the new course that begins in September,” says Abigail González.

Those interested can consult the lists, which are published on the notice board of the Arrecife City Council, on the electronic headquarters.
