The UK tabloid, 'The Mirror', the fourth most read among Britons, recommends "a coastal town on a popular Canary Island", whose existence "tourists are completely unaware of."

This is Arrieta, a town that stands out for its "incredible restaurants and picturesque streets with beautiful buildings to explore." Among the restaurants, the seafood ones stand out in particular: "often considered the best in Lanzarote."

The main attraction of Arrieta, according to The Mirror, "is La Garita beach, with a bay of crystal clear waters that stretches for more than 800 meters."

"Wherever you are in Arrieta, you will always be close to the sea," emphasizes the London newspaper, which also points out the possibilities of "exploring a nearby cave, beach and natural pool, ideal for families."

'The Mirror' also highlights the "wild natural environment" of Arrieta, as well as the proximity of Jameos del Agua, the Cactus Garden or the Cueva de las Verdes.

The British newspaper also highlights some emblematic buildings of the town such as the church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen or the unique Casa Azul.
