The Tourist Centers have replaced the online sales system that was in operation and have activated their own tool in order to make the sale of tickets through the web more reliable.
The CEO of the Tourist Centers, Benjamín Perdomo, explained that the new system implemented "will allow us to correct some problems that were being generated in our clients, speed up and simplify the acquisition of tickets online and take the first steps to organize the visit to the Centers in order to reduce the human impact and the queues that form."
Developed with the Drupal content management system, this new tool is perfectly integrated with the ticket offices of the Tourist Centers which, in practice, will simplify the access process for the client, who will receive an email in their language with the tickets downloadable and general information about the work of César Manrique.
Perdomo has announced that "the Tourist Centers are working to make this system scalable to the rest of the services offered by the entity."
