A Court puts half of the shares of a Canarian hotel giant up for sale

The minimum price to submit offers is eight million euros

The Commercial Court number 2 of Las Palmas has authorized the start of the process to sell half of the shares of the Anfi Group, one of the largest hotel chains in the archipelago, based in Gran Canaria. The Santana Cazorla Group (GSC) owns half of the shares of this Canarian hotel giant.

According to the judicial ruling to which La Voz has had access, the judge has given the go-ahead to sell 50% of Anfi Sales SL and Anfi Resort SL, which own the Anfi del Mar and Anfi Tauro complexes, which concentrate four resorts and a shopping center, 119 apartments and land to develop several complexes.

The deadline for submitting offers, which can be done through the email concursogruposantanacazorla@pdf-attest-es, is ten days. To participate in this contest, any bidder must deliver a bank check for five million euros, in favor of Grupo Santana Cazorla SL. In addition, the minimum price to submit offers is eight million euros.
