The most visited luxury home in the Canary archipelago this summer and still for sale is in Lanzarote, according to idealista.com.
The constructed property is 288 m² while the plot amounts to 800 square meters, from where you can see "magnificent views of the marina and the ocean." It is for sale for 2.8 million euros.
Completed in August 2019 and located in Puerto Calero, in the municipality of Yaiza, it "combines luxury with an innovative design" and is divided into two separate buildings, connected by a corridor. Each building consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.
Two properties in one
One of the buildings has an "Italian-style kitchen of excellent quality" with a living room and a dining room "warm and welcoming" with balconies and terrace.
One of the buildings includes a basement that can be accessed from the pool area, with a billiard table, sauna and bathroom. It also has an adjoining 40 square meter garage that can be easily accessed to the engine room.
The pool of 40 square meters is heated, surrounded by terraces for sunbathing, a shower area and an automatic pool cover.
The property is fully furnished "with materials and furniture of the highest quality", the property has furniture from Italy, Austria and Asia.
Energy self-sufficient
The house is energy self-sufficient and CO2 neutral thanks to 14 solar panels located on the roof, which provide energy to the entire property.
There is a low-consumption air conditioning system, underfloor heating that works with water, ceiling cooling, triple-glazed windows and insulated walls. The pool cover and heating also benefit from solar energy.
Temperature settings are controlled via remote control, also remotely. Idealista explains that "all security equipment and kitchen appliances are modern and state-of-the-art devices."
