The "Long Beach" has been awarded at the eleventh gala of the Qué Bueno Canarias Regional Restaurant Awards. Cristóbal Sánchez's restaurant has won the award as the Best Restoration Project 2022.
An awards ceremony that was held this Monday at Infecar (Gran Canaria Fair) coinciding with the second edition of the ¡Qué Bueno! Gran Canaria Me Gusta Recognition based on the richness of the local product.
Long Beach is a restaurant with sea views located on Avenida de las Playas in Puerto del Carmen, with a variety of dishes such as the house star "Lobster Thermidor" with fried eggs and potatoes with truffled hollandaise. Located in an environment with a very Lanzarote style, decorated on the outside with a black rock wall, a "chill out" corner to enjoy some good cocktails. It also has an area to enjoy a good dance on the beach on the sand.
An award that shows how the island's gastronomy is becoming more and more popular and increasing its recognition for being a cuisine with excellence.
