The objective of this opening is to improve customer service, offering them more flexibility and facilities to visit the exhibitions of the Volkswagen Canarias Network and learn about the models it offers. With this opening, the customer will be able to visit all the Dealers of the Volkswagen Canarias brand in the archipelago, from eleven in the morning to seven in the afternoon. This original measure allows the customer to have more time to visit the dealership and to get to know the models accompanied by their family or friends. In Lanzarote, Volkswagen is at its Volaudi Dealership on Tarragona Street, number 1 in Arrecife.

Every Sunday of the year, the Volkswagen Canarias Dealer Network will open its doors to exhibit its range of cars and provide information to customers and consumers, but no commercial activity will take place at any time. A group of promoters will be available to visitors to offer them information and collect the personal data of those interested in purchasing a car. Therefore, purchase or sale operations of vehicles or financing operations will not be closed on Sundays. The after-sales services as well as the workshop will also not be open.

The limitation of opening of commercial establishments established in the autonomous legislation (Law 4/1994, of April 25, on the Regulation of commercial activity in the Canary Islands; Decree 201/2002, of December 20, on the Regulation of commercial hours for the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands; and Order of December 15, 2005, to determine the opening days of the year 2006) on the days considered as non-working days for commercial traffic (Sundays and holidays), bases the prohibition of opening shops, as a general rule, on the need to limit commercial activity to the maximum number of 90 hours intended for commercial activities.

Therefore, the aforementioned regulations limit the possibility of opening commercial establishments to carry out commercial activities on Sundays and holidays, since in accordance with art. 11 of Law 4/1994, they are considered as non-working days, except for a series of days in which they may exceptionally remain open to the public. However, during the opening Sundays of the Volkswagen Canarias Network, there will be no commercial activity, but rather an exhibition of vehicles.

According to the legislation, this exhibition of vehicles and the fact of providing information to the general public in the exhibitions of the Volkswagen Canarias Network, open on Sundays and holidays, should be framed as one more advertising act of those carried out by the Domingo Alonso Group. In this way, this action fits within those defined in article 2 of Law 34/1998, of November 11, General of Advertising, according to which advertising is understood as: "Any form of communication carried out by a natural or legal person, public or private, in the exercise of a commercial, industrial, artisanal or professional activity in order to promote directly or indirectly the contracting of movable or immovable property, services, rights and obligations."

On the other hand, the exhibition of automobiles and the fact of providing information about them in the facilities of the Volkswagen Canarias Network and on any day of the year, does not imply illicit advertising, nor misleading, unfair or comparative advertising, nor subliminal advertising.

In summary, this is an innovation campaign in which the Volkswagen Canarias Network, in its eagerness to place its products closer and closer to citizens, allows them to visit its exhibitions any day of the year. This innovative action is an advertising practice aimed at bringing the range of vehicles offered for sale closer to the general public, on days other than the usual ones but equally valid for advertising purposes. In this way, it is possible to get people with difficulties on business days to visit the exhibitions of the Volkswagen Canarias Network
