The Castillo de San José restaurant will have a new schedule when it opens its doors on May 25, coinciding with Phase 2 of the De-escalation Plan established by the Government.

From that day on, the emblematic space created by César Manrique will open every day of the week, for lunch, from 12.30 to 16.00, and dinner, from 19.00 to 23.00, complying with the rigorous security and hygiene protocol implemented by the Entity following the guidelines of the health authorities, which includes measures such as the recommendation to make a prior table reservation; taking the body temperature of clients and workers; the reduction of up to a third of its capacity and the consequent extension of the safety distance between the tables.

"We make ourselves available to our clients with a wider and more flexible schedule so that they can enjoy our gastronomic proposal, our unique spaces and the attention of our professionals without haste and at their total convenience" says the CEO of the Centers, Benjamín Perdomo.

The restaurant of the Casa Museo del Campesino will also open its doors on May 25 in its usual hours, that is, from Monday to Sunday, from 12.00 to 16.00.
